  • Exclusion Deadline

    Friday, March 6, 2020 Your request for exclusion must be completed and submitted by mail postmarked no later than March 6, 2020.
  • Objection Deadline

    Friday, March 6, 2020 Your objection must be in writing and submitted by mail postmarked no later than March 6, 2020.
  • Claim Form Deadline

    Monday, July 20, 2020 All types of Claim Forms must be completed online or submitted by mail postmarked no later than July 20, 2020.
  • Final Fairness Hearing Deadline

    Thursday, June 18, 2020 The Court will hold the Final Fairness Hearing at 1:30 pm on June 18, 2020 in Courtroom 8 of the United States Courthouse, 280 South 1st Street, 4th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113. Please check this website for updates.
